Renting

At City & County we know how competitive the market can be, how opportunities arise and how quickly they can vanish. Don’t let your perfect rental accommodation disappear in a blink of an eye, be prepared.

We have put together some steps that will help you to turn your rental dream into a reality you will be happy to live in.

Finding the right type of let

Finding the right type of let

A short let can offer you flexibility in rental length and is ideal if you are only wanting to stay in any one place for a few weeks or months offering a great alternative to staying in a hotel.

These rental options are perfect for:

  • People renovating their homes
  • Needing residence whilst studying
  • Part time relocation for work purposes

A long term let can provide stability knowing that your rental accommodation is secure for a longer period so you can really make yourself at home.

A managed property let can offer you peace of mind, with the added benefit of a dedicated Tenancy Manager to handle your do-to-day issues.
