At City & County we know how competitive the market can be, how opportunities arise and how quickly they can vanish. Don’t let your perfect rental accommodation disappear in a blink of an eye, be prepared.
We have put together some steps that will help you to turn your rental dream into a reality you will be happy to live in.
Register with us
Get ahead of the competition and let us know all about your likes and dislikes, your absolutes and your absolutely nots. By registering with us we can help you be the first through the doors of a newly listed home.
Finding the right type of let
A short let can offer you flexibility in rental length and is ideal if you are only wanting to stay in any one place for a few weeks or months offering a great alternative to staying in a hotel.
These rental options are perfect for:
- People renovating their homes
- Needing residence whilst studying
- Part time relocation for work purposes
A long term let can provide stability knowing that your rental accommodation is secure for a longer period so you can really make yourself at home.
A managed property let can offer you peace of mind, with the added benefit of a dedicated Tenancy Manager to handle your do-to-day issues.
Finding the right property
With our expert staff on board every step of the way, you can sigh in relief knowing that your rental needs and property wants are taken care of. We listen, we are attentive to detail and we are the best at what we do.
Booking a viewing
This is one of the most exciting times during the rental process. You told us what you wanted and we delivered. It’s at this point, that we get to take you around all the properties that we feel tick off your requirements.
‘Of course, we know that you’ll be keeping an eye out yourself for suitable properties’
Making an offer
Once you have found your ideal property, we will contact the landlord on your behalf to make an offer of tenancy. If approved, we will organise the following regardless of whether your property is managed:
- Conduct right to rent checks
- Collect references
- Collect proof of I.D
- Arrange tenancy Agreement
- Collect payments for moving in
Congratulations your references are complete and now you’re ready to sign the tenancy agreement, pay rent and deposit and collect the keys to your new home
